These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and pk09 ("pk09", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://pk09.cam ("Platform").

pk09 is an independent, English-language online betting and casino information platform. The Platform is designed to provide educational and informational content about sports betting markets, casino games, responsible gambling tools, and payment methods relevant to users in Pakistan. pk09 does not itself accept bets, operate casino games, or provide real-money gambling services directly to users.

• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion mechanisms, as described in the Platform's Responsible Gambling section.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "Applicable Law" means all statutes, regulations, ordinances, rules, and judicial or administrative orders applicable to a User in their jurisdiction of residence or access, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan).
• "Intellectual Property" means all copyrights, trademarks, trade names, service marks, database rights, and any other intellectual property rights in Content owned by or licensed to pk09.

Your access to and use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms are effective as of the date you first access the Platform and shall continue in full force until terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pk09.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you individually and that entity.

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are of legal age to access gambling-related information content in your jurisdiction of residence.
2. You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling information is prohibited by Applicable Law.
3. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise agreed in writing with pk09.
4. All information you provide to pk09 is accurate, current, and complete, and you will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.
5. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

pk09 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time and to suspend access to the Platform for Users who cannot satisfy these requirements. Users from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation. Compliance with local law is the sole responsibility of the User.

pk09 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.

Permitted uses of the Platform include:

• Reading and accessing editorial content, guides, and educational materials about sports betting and casino gaming.
• Using the Platform's responsible gambling tools and resources for personal reference.
• Accessing payment method guides for informational purposes before using any Third-Party Operator's cashier.
• Navigating the Platform's game category descriptions, betting glossary, and other educational sections.

pk09 content is provided in English and is specifically contextualised for users in Pakistan, including references to sports such as Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 tournaments, ICC events, football, and UFC, as well as Pakistan-relevant payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. These payment method references are provided for contextual and educational purposes only and do not constitute endorsement of gambling transactions by those providers.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Use the Platform if you are under the applicable minimum age for gambling-related content in your jurisdiction.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Applicable Law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases, or connected systems.
• Introduce any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb, or other technologically harmful material to the Platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform by automated means without prior written consent from pk09.
• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content from the Platform without express prior written authorisation.
• Impersonate pk09, its editorial team, or any other person or entity in communications or representations.
• Use the Platform to transmit unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or any form of mass communication.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components of the Platform.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other User's use or enjoyment of the Platform, or which may harm pk09 or expose it to liability.

pk09 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate suspension of access, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action where warranted.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to articles, betting guides, responsible gambling materials, payment method guides, glossary entries, game category descriptions, imagery, design elements, and editorial analysis — is the exclusive property of pk09 or is used under valid licence, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database protection laws.

The pk09 name, logo, and all associated marks and branding are trademarks of pk09. No licence or right to use any trademark is granted to Users by virtue of their access to the Platform.

You may view, download, and print individual pages from the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial reference, provided that:

• You do not modify the Content in any way.
• All copyright notices and proprietary markings remain intact.
• You do not use the Content in a manner that suggests endorsement by pk09.
• No copies are sold or used for any commercial purpose.

Any use of Content beyond the above permissions requires prior written consent from pk09. Requests may be directed to the contact address provided in Section 14 of these Terms.

The Platform may reference, describe, or provide information about Third-Party Operators, including online sports betting platforms and casino operators. Such references are provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

pk09 does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the safety, legality, suitability, or accuracy of any Third-Party Operator or their services. The inclusion of any reference to a Third-Party Operator on the Platform does not constitute a partnership, affiliation, or endorsement.

Users who choose to access Third-Party Operators do so entirely at their own risk and are responsible for:

• Reading and understanding the terms and conditions of the relevant Third-Party Operator before registering or depositing.
• Verifying that the Third-Party Operator is appropriately licensed for their jurisdiction.
• Confirming that their chosen payment method is supported by the cashier of the relevant Third-Party Operator.
• Complying with all applicable local laws regarding online gambling in their jurisdiction.

Payment provider names referenced on pk09 (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah) are mentioned for Pakistan market context only and do not imply that those providers endorse, support, or facilitate gambling transactions.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

pk09 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any Content on the Platform is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• Any odds, RTP figures, bonus terms, or promotional details cited on the Platform are current or accurate at the time of your access — these may change without notice at the relevant Third-Party Operator.
• Accessing or using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify this.

pk09 expressly disclaims any representation that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation may restrict or prohibit participation in online gambling activities. Users are solely responsible for compliance with Applicable Law.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, pk09, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Gambling losses incurred on any Third-Party Operator platform, whether or not you accessed that platform through pk09 content.
• Legal consequences resulting from your access to online gambling content or participation in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.
• Financial decisions made in reliance on any Content published on the Platform, including bonus terms, odds comparisons, or payment method guidance.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Conduct or content of Third-Party Operators referenced or described on the Platform.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if pk09 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitation of certain damages is not permitted, pk09's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless pk09, its affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your access to or use of the Platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms;
• Any content or information you submit to or through the Platform;
• Your violation of any Applicable Law, including gambling legislation in Pakistan;
• Your infringement of any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

pk09 reserves the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with pk09 in asserting any available defences.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk09 is registered and operated, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that:

• Online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation.
• pk09 does not hold any licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any other Pakistani regulatory authority.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform and any associated gambling activities comply with all Applicable Law in their jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation may be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction, as determined by pk09 in its reasonable discretion. Nothing in this clause prevents pk09 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

pk09 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform, indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

Material changes — including those that significantly alter your rights or obligations — will be highlighted with a notice on the Platform for a reasonable period following the update. However, pk09 is not obligated to provide advance notice of any amendment.
